From Where Does Your Help Come?

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—

where does my help come from?

My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

Psalm 121:1-2

Except for the fact that the English usage is poor in this version, the meaning is very clear.  I tend to look everywhere except to the source of all life.  Why do I not learn?
