Blanket is Complete

The cross-stitched blanket for grandchild number 13 is finally complete. Whew!

Here is little Grace using it for the first time and here is her beautiful Mommy--the mother of seven. She is "grace" walking. Did you know that seven children are very noisy?

Psalm 127:4-5--"Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are [children] born in one's youth. Blessed is the man (woman) whose quiver is full of them."

This pattern was taken from a Better Homes and Gardens 1992 Treasures in Needlework that I bought at a yard sale for 50 cents. The designer is Lorri Birmingham. I did the lettering.
