The house is quiet, the children and grandchildren are gone and I'm back to creating--if but for a while. The visits were great fun and I'm exhausted--but in a good way. The stillness is heady and I'm ready for it--but a void remains. How I love my family!So, for now, I have my friends.

For this mini journal I used three decorator papers and a copy of a vintage image, gold glitter glue, a rub-on, old lace, cheese cloth, ribbons, gold and blue metallic pens and gold thread.
