Psalm 143:8--"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul." I don't know how to paint a soul. Only God can do that. The closest I can come is this heart. What a great way to start the day--lifting up my soul to Him.The base of this art is playing card on which I painted a maroon color, glued a vintage image and other ephemera, etched in gel medium and highlighted with paint, black stain and gold.
