Study

"Study and be eager to do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth," (Amplified Bible) 2 Timothy 2:15. I was just reminded today that the Bible is the "living" Word of God. No other ancient text ever written answers our questions and helps us solve today's problems with yesterday's solutions. God is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8) so His Words remain vital to our lives. Now, all we have to do is study them.

This mixed media art was created on an old book cover on which I added a vintage image, a sticker, other ephemera and stenciling. I highlighted the tree illustrations on the cover with gold. I love this little "student."
