The inspiration for this card comes from my favorite song, Psalm 100, which happens to be the weekly challenge from my Art In The Word Yahoo group. Verse 4 states: "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name."I've imagined what it must be like to enter the gates of God and to walk into his courts. How could one image such without thanksgiving and praise. I'm trying to have a life of "thanksliving" so that everything that happens becomes a cause for thanks. Our God deserves nothing less.
This card's base is black cardstock on which I've adhered copies of vintage images with added gold gel pen, and gold and black paint. It measures 2 1/2" x 3 1/2."
