Thanksgiving Gift Giving

Having been challenged by Amber, I'm offering this wonderful recipe. This is the most delicious cake using pumpkin I've ever tasted and its so easy:

PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

one 29 oz. can pumpkin

one 12 oz. can evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

3 tsp. cinnamon

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup pecans chopped

3/4 cup melted margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients until well-blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, cover with pecans and drizzle melted margarine over that. Bake for 50 minutes. Makes 15 servings. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream or eat by itself. Yum!!!
